You can do this without opening the app. First sign in to verify that the account is yours, then choose whether to confirm deletion.

- Account and cloud data
- Your account, profile and personal data stored in the cloud will be deleted, including documents, attachments, reminders, expiry dates, finances, Home data and dynamic QR codes. Deletion is permanent.
- Data on your phone
- This website cannot remove local copies in the app, on other devices or in exported files. Remove those copies from the devices and places where you saved them too.
- Shared spaces
- Your membership and account identifiers will be removed. Spaces with other active members remain available to them; if you own a space, ownership passes to an active member. Spaces without other active members are deleted.
- Swally PRO subscription
- Deleting your account does not stop payments managed by the store. If you have a subscription, cancel it on Google Play or the App Store too.
Prefer to use the app?
Sign in to Swally, open your profile and select “Delete account”. Enter your password and confirm when prompted.

Use the same credentials as in the app. Signing in does not start deletion.

Your account has been deleted
Your account and personal cloud data have been removed. You can no longer sign in to this account.
Remember to remove local copies from your devices and exported files. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the store.
